A HOUSE IN TOKYO THAT OPTIMISES ITS M3
A house for 2 couples including office space, atelier, dance studio, 2 parking spaces, all within a 129m2 lot. The pressure of this amount of program required serious thoughts about how to maximise the spatial use of this lot within the building laws. This resulted into a complex 3-dimensional organisation of the spaces.
