Tushino Triangle Residential Blocks

BUILDING TYPOLOGIES FOR THE TUSHINO TRIANGLE MASTERPLAN IN MOSCOW

Muscovites new living standard
Tushino Triangle accommodates nearly 7,000 dwellings consists of 3 classes of apartments; Business class, Comfort+ class, and Comfort class. As a common principle in all 3 types, Tushino Triangle never creates monotonous and closed residential neighborhood, dominated by long and high slab.
Tushino Triangle is meant to be setting a new generation of cohesive living standard for Muscovites instead of inheriting the past memories of typical high-density residential quarters in Moscow.

Broken scaled building volumes
All classes of building blocks aim to break the scale of building volumes to avoid monotony and massiveness both for the sake of building appearance and streetscape. It brings the light, air, and most importantly open feeling to inhabitants. Created setbacks offer opportunities for generous outside amenity space such as roof terraces.

Controlled courtyard
All the courtyards are controlled, so the ground floor along the courtyard could accommodate duplex apartments with private terrace on slightly lifted ground level looking into the communal courtyard.
